Formulated for athletes, not for shelf appeal
Way to Go Nutrition was founded by a sports dietitian who kept seeing the same trick in the supplement aisle: impressive-sounding ingredients at doses too small to do anything — "pixie dusted" labels built for marketing, not performance. We founded a supplement company around the opposite approach: clinical doses, transparent labels, and third-party testing on every batch.
What we make
Our products cover the fundamentals that evidence actually supports — protein, creatine, beta-alanine, electrolyte formulations, and peri-workout carbohydrate products — each formulated at the doses used in published research. Every batch is tested by independent laboratories for banned substances, heavy metals, and label accuracy, and the results are available to the athletes and programs that ask for them.
- Sports supplements formulated at clinical, evidence-supported doses.
- Third-party batch testing for banned substances and contaminants.
- Education and guidance for athletes, coaches, and performance staff.
Who we serve
Our customers are competitive athletes and the coaches and performance staff whose reputations ride on what they recommend — people who cannot afford an under-dosed or contaminated product. We are careful with claims: supplements support training and recovery; they are not medicine, and we say so plainly. Explore this site to see formulations, testing documentation, and the educational guides we publish for serious training.
Beyond the products, we invest in education: guides on dosing that reflect the research rather than the marketing, answers from qualified sports-nutrition professionals, and honest discussion of what supplements can and cannot do. Coaches and performance staff can request documentation on any batch they feed to their athletes. That openness is the standard we hold ourselves to, and the reason programs trust what we make.
