§ 05 — Operational Notes
The five questions a sports dietitian will ask before routing a team through a new vendor.

1. What are the subscription cancellation terms?
Cancel any cycle from your dashboard before the next ship date — no phone call, no retention queue. If a cycle has already cut, you keep the box and the cycle is your last. We post the policy in plain English on the order page; nothing is buried.

2. Can we look up the Certificate of Analysis for our specific batch?
Yes — every jar is printed with a batch ID. Enter it at /transparency and you get the published CoA: assay results, heavy-metal panel, microbial panel, and banned-substance screen (NSF Certified for Sport scope). We have published 41,000+ since 2018.

3. What happens if a batch fails third-party testing?
It is destroyed, the lot number is retired, and every customer who received that batch is notified by email within 48 hours of the failing result, with the option to receive a free replacement cycle from a passing batch or a full refund. We have retired fewer than 0.4% of batches produced — the count is published quarterly.

4. Is there a banned-substance guarantee?
NSF Certified for Sport on 100% of SKUs — that is the strictest scope commercially available, screening for 300+ banned compounds including stimulants, hormones, and masking agents. Across 9,400+ sponsored-athlete consumptions since 2021, we have recorded zero positive doping-test results attributable to a Way to Go product. The full log is in the annual Transparency Report.

5. Can a team protocol be invoiced / net-30 instead of card-on-file?
Yes — programs at the NCAA, professional, and federal tactical level route through /for-teams with net-30 invoicing, GPO pricing, and a single CoA binder delivered with the first shipment. The configurator output here is the same protocol the /for-teams desk writes the PO against.
